Each individual may hold exactly one lg04d account. Duplicate accounts result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances held across all linked accounts.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (minimum 30x for welcome bonus). Bonus funds must be turned over before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

To access the full functionality of the lg04d Platform, you must register an Account. Registration is free. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred deposit currency (IDR).
Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one Account on the Platform. Creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. lg04d reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and permanently ban the associated Member, with all balances forfeited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity occurring under your Account credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected].
The name and personal details registered on your lg04d Account must exactly match the identity documents you submit during KYC verification. Discrepancies may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension until resolved. You are required to notify us of any changes to your registered details within 14 days.
lg04d operates under an international gaming license that mandates identity verification (Know Your Customer) for all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC may also be requested at any point during Account activity if our compliance team identifies a requirement to do so.

We target a KYC review period of 1–24 hours on business days (WIB, UTC+7). Complex cases or submissions made on Indonesian public holidays may take longer. Members are notified by email upon approval or if additional documents are required.
Providing false, altered, or fraudulent identity documents is a criminal offense under applicable law and will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities.
lg04d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) via the following approved payment channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Approved methods may be updated from time to time; the current list is displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered exclusively in your own name. Third-party funding — where the deposit account holder is not the same person as the lg04d Account holder — is strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the Account flagged for review.
lg04d does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply its own charges; these are outside our control and are your responsibility to confirm before transacting.
The minimum deposit across all accepted channels is Rp 20.000 (e-wallets) or Rp 50.000 (bank transfer). Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by channel and are displayed at the point of transaction in the cashier. Daily and monthly deposit limits may be set voluntarily by Members via Account settings as part of our responsible gaming tools.
lg04d is not a bank and does not pay interest on deposited funds. Funds in your Account represent a credit balance usable only for betting and gaming activity on the Platform.
Withdrawals of Real-Money Balance are available to all Members who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering obligations.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum withdrawal per transaction, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity and source-of-funds verification in compliance with AML policy.

lg04d does not guarantee specific processing times for withdrawals, as delays may occur due to third-party banking systems, public holidays, or compliance review requirements. If a withdrawal has not been received within 48 hours, Members should contact our support team.
Winnings derived entirely from Bonus Credit may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before satisfying the Wagering Requirement will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
lg04d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, and to the general bonus provisions set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict between this clause and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term prevails.
General bonus conditions applicable to all lg04d promotions unless stated otherwise:
Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable Wagering Requirements are met. lg04d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Member's Account at the time of modification will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of credit.
All bets and game rounds are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each game type. Sports betting rules (covering pre-match, live betting, Asian handicap, mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) markets, and bandar bola (Asian handicap football) markets) are published in the Platform's sportsbook help section. In the event of a technical failure — including disconnections, platform errors, or third-party system outages — lg04d will make reasonable efforts to settle affected bets fairly. However, bets placed after a technical error has occurred may be voided at our discretion. We are not liable for losses resulting from technical failures outside our reasonable control.
lg04d reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including situations where odds were published incorrectly due to a human or system error, where an event result was affected by corruption or match-fixing, or where a Member had access to material non-public information at the time of placing the bet.
